Even though most people might be asleep between 1am to 7am, the free unlimited data under Internet Burung Hantu is still one of the most interesting aspect of the Xpax prepaid plan from Celcom. Hence, we are not surprised by some of the reaction from users regarding the new Internet Burung Hantu implementation that took place with the introduction of the Xpax’s New M4gic SIM card.
For subscribers that worried about losing their late night free Internet, fret not – they still able to choose to have the old Internet Burung Hantu. This fact was confirmed by Celcom’s Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Zalman Aefendy Zainal Abidin during the official launch of Xpax’s New M4gic SIM and the accompanying Magic Reload earlier today.
However, this come at the expense of unlimited calls within Celcom’s network and higher data quota which are some of the main attraction introduced through the new Magic Reload. That being said, Zalman also pointed out that these plans are actually exchangeable. In other words, customers can have the new Internet Burung Hantu through the newly refreshed Magic Reload for this month and switch to the old plan with free Internet Burung Hantu in the following month or vice versa.
This way, Xpax subscribers are given the freedom to choose the appropriate plan for their needs. As for the old Magic SIM pack itself, it is being phased out as we speak although customers are still able to purchase it while stocks last.
