Ahead of its launch later today, details regarding the successor to Celcom’s Xpax Magic SIM has begun to appear online. Dubbed as the “New M4gic SIM”, it offers a number of changes to the prepaid plan.
For example, subscribers will be able to make unlimited calls to Celcom numbers under the new plan. At the same time, the plan also comes with new reload rates that offers higher amount of data for subscribers:
The source also stated that Xpax’s famed Internet Burung Hantu benefit which offers free unlimited Internet from 1am to 7am will be discontinued. Instead, it will now costs RM 5 for 10GB of data.
However, the source didn’t mentioned anything regarding the price of Xpax M4gic SIM starter pack although another source stated that it will continue to be priced at RM 5. The pack will apparently comes together with 500MB basic Internet, 200MB high speed Internet, RM 6 airtime and validity of 5 days.
Well, guess we’ll know how accurate these information will be at the launch event later today.
