Digi has revamped its postpaid plans to offer more calls, SMS, and Internet. These plans have undergone a total makeover, with the addition of a prominent new feature called “Internet Rollover”.

Digi’s new postpaid plans have monthly commitment fees starting from RM28 a month and can go up to RM238 a month for the most premium plan. As per its previous Digi SmartPlans, these plans are separated into “More Internet” and “More Calls & SMS”. For “More Internet”, the RM28 plan still receives the same 1GB data quota, but the Digi Postpaid 48 plan gets an increment of 1GB, while the 98, 148 and 238 plans gets a 2GB boost – giving them a new 3GB, 6GB, 10GB, 14GB, and 20GB quota respectively.

Surprisingly, Digi’s “More Calls & SMS” postpaid plans have also been granted a bump in mobile data quota. The Digi Postpaid 68 plan now has an increased mobile data quota of 3GB whereas the Digi Postpaid 78, 148 and 238 plans receive a RM20 monthly commitment fee price cut, on top of the bonus 3GB of mobile data.

To illustrate the changes in Digi’s new Postpaid plan, here is a table for reference:

Apart from the introduction of the new postpaid plans, Digi has also introduced a brand new feature called “Internet Rollover”. This feature allows all new Digi Postpaid users to carry forward any unutilised mobile data. Of course, there is a certain limit on how much Internet can be brought forward. Not only that, the Internet Rollover quota must be used in the month it has been brought forward to.

Besides that, Digi has also updated the myDigi app to reflect the new postpaid plans. The app will now show detailed information on the user’s mobile data and Internet Rollover quota, letting users track their real-time Internet usage, as well as purchase additional mobile data quota (should they need to).

In addition, those who sign up for any of the new Digi postpaid plans are eligible for some additional freebies – depending on which plan they’re subscribed to. These freebies apply to both “More Internet” and “More Calls & SMS” plans.

Taking a closer look at Digi’s freebies, Digi Postpaid 28, 48 and 68 users will get 30GB of free Capture storage while Postpaid 98 plan and above users will get 100GB instead. As for Digi Music Freedom, Digi Postpaid 28 and 48 users will get unlimited music streaming for only 120 days, while the rest of the plan owners will get full unlimited access.

Speaking of unlimited, other than the Digi Postpaid 28 and 48, all plans will get unlimited access to WhatsApp and WeChat usage. Not only that, Digi Postpaid 28 and 48 users will get 60 days of unlimited access to iFlix for free, while those on the Digi Postpaid 68 plan and above will get one year’s worth of unlimited access to iFlix instead.

We’re not done with Digi’s announcements just yet. Today, the company has also announced that it has added more flexibility to Digi supplementary lines. Other than having unlimited calls and SMS within the family numbers, Digi customers can now have up to six lines, where they are also free to mix and match whichever plan suits them.

Last but not least, Digi has also released a more affordable roaming package called “Budget Traveller”, where it has a daily rate of RM10 and it offers unlimited social messaging. All you have to do is turn on roaming and select the partnering operators available in 10 of these countries – Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia.
